Elon Vape is committed to delivering high-quality products. We provide a full refund for any items that arrive with manufacturing defects or are damaged in transit. Please notify us of such issues within 48 hours of receiving your delivery to guarantee efficient handling of your service request. For all other returns, items can be sent back to Elon Vape within 10 days from the date of purchase. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to these returns, and the customer must cover any shipping costs incurred. Please be aware that returns made without authorization will not be processed for credit or sent back.

Returns are permissible within 10 days from the date you receive the items, as indicated by your receipt or the tracking number, provided the items are unworn. As our valued customer, it is your responsibility to inform us via email prior to returning an item in the following scenarios:

  • You have received an incorrect item.
  • The item did not meet your expectations (e.g., damaged packaging).
  • The item has defects.
  • Delivery time exceeded the expected timeframe.
  • The shipper did not permit inspection of the goods prior to payment.

Returned products must be in their original packaging, securely wrapped, undamaged, and unworn. This requires that the items be carefully packed in a protective carton box, ideally the same one used to ship the items to you.
